We rarely accepts returns but exchanges of the same product. You have to inform us within 24 hours if you do wish to do so with a valid and acceptable reason but please be aware you are responsible for sending any garment back to us.

It depends on the volume and nature of your order But if its in stock, We take about 2- 5 working days due to the fact every garment is custom made by us. For more specific info, kindly look out for the shipping info under each product before you order

We currently operate with a door to door courier service which takes an average between 1-3 working days to deliver nationwide. And dhl which takes 4-7 working days to deliver outside SA

All garments from us are made to order, we shall send you a detailed custom mBn measurement chart to fill in with your own measurments for custom orders. We use a standard measuremnt chart for our ready designed collection
